• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and intact labels.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

3. Return Steps

1. Notify us of your intention to return at contact@solideea.ro within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. You will receive our return acceptance and shipping instructions.
3. Send the product to the specified address via a courier service of your choice.
4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as the initial purchase.

4. Return Costs

Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
